The larger apartment is located on 2. floor I offers luxuriously decorated space with enough space to accommodate up to 8 people. With four spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, the apartment provides privacy for every guest.
The central part of the apartment makes a large living room with comfortable seating furniture and TV. Here guests can relax with their favorite series, movies or simply enjoy conversation and time together. Large windows bring an abundance of natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances – refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and coffee machine. The dining table offers enough space for family meals or socializing.
Three bathrooms, equipped with showers, and basic hygiene necessities, allow guests comfort and privacy during their stay. In the large bathroom there is a washing machine with a dryer.
The terrace with outdoor furniture is a perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon rest or evening socializing with a view of the yard. The proximity to the bakery and cafe is an additional advantage, making breakfast easy and accessible at any time, and in the courtyard there are two hair salons and a bank and ATM at the entrance to the building.

Great 4 bedroom place for our family to use as a base to explore the Christmas markets. Renata was a great host who met us for check in and gave us all the info we needed. She was also flexible with check in and check out which really helped. Walking distance to everything in the city.

Can’t say enough positive things about this apartment. It’s right in the city center, minutes from major attractions, yet in a secluded nook with no street noise. It’s spacious and charming, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of homey touches. Renata made me feel extremely welcome and I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is 5 stars but Renata is 10 stars!!! The whole place is so thoughtful, she has thought of everything. Rooms are clean, lots of towels, laundry materials, plenty of coffee and fresh fruit!! Central location and very quiet and safe. If Renata had an apartment in every city that’s where I would stay!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Renata’s apartment, and we would come back again. It is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Renata is a wonderful host, helpful and responsive. The location is fantastic. We walked to everything, both restaurants and tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay in Zagreb! Renata's place is beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. It was all we could ask for and more! Our arrival time was earlier than check in, yet Renata let us leave our luggage so we could explore around. She was a gracious host, obviously very proud of her place. She had thought of everything we might need. Our favourite was the terrace off the kitchen to enjoy a drink. I would highly recommend this.
