This 4-star luxury apartment offers an ideal accommodation for 6 people with a carefully designed space that combines elegance and comfort. The space is located on the first floor of the building and includes two spacious bedrooms, each with its own exit to the balcony, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. The bedrooms are connected by a hallway, which allows guests additional privacy.
The living room is spacious and modern, equipped with a large corner set that can be extended into a bed for two people (160×220 cm). The large French window and ceiling window bring an abundance of natural light and create a cozy atmosphere. In the living room there is a TV with numerous channels for relaxation after a day spent exploring the city.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave and coffee machine, which allows you to prepare meals in your own arrangement.
The apartment has three spacious walk-in bathrooms, each with a modern shower, sink and toilet. This feature allows each guest maximum privacy and comfort.
The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening rest, overlooking the courtyard. With a digital lock at the front door and a code book at the entrance to the building, guests can come and go independently at any time, without the need for physical handover of keys.

Renata is an amazing host! Everything was described in detail from check in to check out. The apartment is so beautiful and has all the amenities we could wish for. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot or take the tram that is a few steps away to go to it.

We had a wonderful stay at Renata’s place. Perfect for our family of five. Three bathrooms with showers, three good sized beds, a great kitchen, washer, dryer! A perfect location to walk to everything!!! The apartment was beautiful and very clean! Thank you to Renata for her kindness and all of her help!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Frauen. Kann die Unterkunft aber auch als Familie sehr empfehlen! 2 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, alles blitzsauber. Renata spricht gut Deutsch, kann Englisch… sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seeehr gastfreundlich! Es gibt gar nichts zu bemängeln! Wir haben uns total wohl und sicher gefühlt. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Renata für alles!!

Renata’s place was perfectly located, walking distance to the old city centre and other attractions. Renata is a lovely and helpful host, always ready to answer questions and very proactive in giving clear instructions. Her apartment felt like a home away from home. Book this place now! Spacious — nice to have our own rooms & bathrooms. Newly updated kitchen & bathrooms finished to a very high spec and spotlessly clean. Great location — bakery right downstairs, a cafe & burger joint in the courtyard. Nice balcony to enjoy afternoon snacks. Even with all this activity, the unit is remarkably quiet & peaceful. Finally, Renata is a super host!! Easy communication, thoughtful, helpful & deeply caring.
