Prostran i elegantno uređen, veći apartman nudi sve što vam je potrebno za opušten i nezaboravan boravak u Zagrebu. Smješten u strogom centru grada, idealan je za grupe ili obitelji do 8 osoba koje žele istražiti gradske znamenitosti na dohvat ruke.
Veći apartman prostire se na 2. katu i nudi luksuzno uređen prostor s dovoljno mjesta za smještaj do 8 osoba. S četiri prostrane spavaće sobe, svaka s udobnim bračnim krevetom, apartman omogućava privatnost svakom gostu.
Središnji dio apartmana čini veliki dnevni boravak s udobnom sjedećom garniturom i TV-om. Ovdje se gosti mogu opustiti uz omiljene serije, filmove ili jednostavno uživati u razgovoru i zajedničkom vremenu. Veliki prozori donose obilje prirodnog svjetla, stvarajući ugodnu atmosferu.
Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena sa svim potrebnim aparatima – hladnjak, perilica posuđa, mikrovalna pećnica, štednjak, pećnica i aparat za kavu. Blagovaonski stol nudi dovoljno prostora za obiteljske obroke ili zajednička druženja.
Tri kupaonice, opremljene tuševima, i osnovnim higijenskim potrepštinama, omogućuju gostima udobnost i privatnost tijekom boravka. U velikoj kupaonici nalazi se perilica sa sušilicom.
Terasa s vanjskim namještajem savršeno je mjesto za jutarnju kavu, popodnevni odmor ili večernje druženje uz pogled na dvorište. Blizina pekarnice i kafića dodatna je prednost, čineći doručak jednostavnim i dostupnim u bilo koje vrijeme, a u dvorištu se nalaze i dva frizerska salona te banka i bankomat na ulazu u zgradu.
Apartman nudi i mogućnost fleksibilnog dolaska i odlaska zahvaljujući digitalnoj bravi, a brz i stabilan Wi-Fi čini ga pogodnim za one koji žele spojiti posao i odmor. Blizina glavnih gradskih atrakcija, muzeja, kazališta i restorana osigurava da svaki trenutak boravka bude ispunjen zanimljivim sadržajima.

Great 4 bedroom place for our family to use as a base to explore the Christmas markets. Renata was a great host who met us for check in and gave us all the info we needed. She was also flexible with check in and check out which really helped. Walking distance to everything in the city.

Renata's cozy home was perfect for our family trip. We were 8 adults and the place was comfortable. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Can’t say enough positive things about this apartment. It’s right in the city center, minutes from major attractions, yet in a secluded nook with no street noise. It’s spacious and charming, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of homey touches. Renata made me feel extremely welcome and I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is 5 stars but Renata is 10 stars!!! The whole place is so thoughtful, she has thought of everything. Rooms are clean, lots of towels, laundry materials, plenty of coffee and fresh fruit!! Central location and very quiet and safe. If Renata had an apartment in every city that’s where I would stay!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Renata’s apartment, and we would come back again. It is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Renata is a wonderful host, helpful and responsive. The location is fantastic. We walked to everything, both restaurants and tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay in Zagreb! Renata's place is beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. It was all we could ask for and more! Our arrival time was earlier than check in, yet Renata let us leave our luggage so we could explore around. She was a gracious host, obviously very proud of her place. She had thought of everything we might need. Our favourite was the terrace off the kitchen to enjoy a drink. I would highly recommend this.
